I made this card to sit on my own desk. Miss Argentina is one of my favorites and I knew that this card was never going to leave my house. In fact, I'm taking breaks as I type this just to look up at her cute, smiling face and imagining her saying, "If I knew then what I knew now, I wouldn't have had my little accident."

Halloweeds Shaker Card with Whimsy Stamps

I'm back with a Whimsy Stamps video creating a shaker card!

I wanted to mix previously released Halloween products with some new and I came up with this purple-y and eyeball-y creation. I used the new Jeepers Creepers rubber stamp on the background of the card and the Halloweeds clear stamp from last year.

Pups for Christmas with Whimsy Stamps

Did you ever want a puppy for Christmas? Can you imagine opening up a box and having one of these cuties pop out?

I've created a slimline card featuring the adorable puppies and cute Christmas stamps from the Pups for Christmas stamp set. I used some slimline paper to create a look of wallpaper on the background - I've been hoarding this paper pack and I'm so glad I had this print to create this look.

This is just the beginning of the new Whimsy Stamps Christmas products and I can't wait to share what else they're releasing soon!

Let's Go Nuts! Flap Card with Heffy Doodle Squirrels

Guess who was back in the craft room with me this past weekend? ABI!

We had planned to make a video, so we got everything ready - die cut, stamped and colored. But then we didn't want to stop to clean up and get the camera going, so we just finished putting our card together instead. 😊

We used the latest Craft Roulette parameters (Episode #79) to create our cards for our very first submission. Here were four we had to incorporate into card:

1. Project: FUNN flap card - We used the new Heffy Doodle Tree-mendous Peekaboo Tree Dies with one of the flaps in the tree.
2. Colors: Your 3 favorite colors - I chose rose gold, teal and mint and Abi chose "red-orange," blue and mint.
3. Element: Under the tree - We made sure to add some cute squirrels from the Heffy Doodle Nuts About You stamp set along with leaves and acorns.
4. Random: Crinkle inkle - This is a fun technique where you crumple up paper (we used some plastic packaging), pick up ink from an ink pad and then stamp that crinkled paper with ink onto your paper. We added ink to our tree top before stenciling on leaves from the Heffy Doodle Falling Leaves Stencil.

It was a lot of fun creating these cards and I think it's going to be a new weekly thing for us! Did you make a card with these parameters? Let me know in the comments!

Howling Werewolf with Whimsy Stamps

You know what time it is... New Whimsy Stamps!

There are so some fun new products for Halloween, Fall and even Christmas. Today I'm sharing a Halloween card that uses mostly die cuts again from the Howling Night Dies (remember my EEK! Haunted House Halloween Card?) and a sheet of the new Nevermore Paper Pack.

Sorry Sympathy Card with Whimsy Stamps

Whimsy Stamps has released a lot of new ATC goodies - stamps and dies - to help create awesome ATCs and help you with signing and dating them. However, if you're not really an ATC creator (like me) or don't know if you want to buy ATC products that seem to be only for ATCs... I have a video today sharing how I stretched my supplies and used ATC products for an A2 sized card!

My goal was to take products and use them in a way they were not originally intended! I used stamps, dies and even an embellishment pack on this card in new or different ways and I hope you enjoy the tutorial.

Craft Roulette - Camping Critters with Lawn Fawn

I did something out of my comfort zone... I was LIVE on YouTube!

I was invited to be a guest on the Craft Roulette YouTube channel and it was so much fun! I was so nervous, but I had a good time and I really enjoy how my card turned out. There were four parameters I had to follow - it had to be an easel card, have a black background, a theme of camping and include tone on tone.

Luckily, I had some dies to help me with half of those requirements! You can watch the replay down below and you can also see the list of supplies I used.

GUYS. Whimsy Stamps has an AMAZING new hourglass die out and they're also sell amazing sand that will work awesome in your shaker - or beach theme shaker cards!

Now, one warning. When I got mind, it seemed like my sand was little wet? Not like watery wet, but the sand is a little stuck together. But don't you worry! That sand dries up and shakers PERFECTLY in your shaker.
