I did things a little different for the Sheet Load of Cards this month... I made just one. When I went to a craft fair, I realized how many cards I had and knew that I didn't need to make a whole sheet load as I have plenty of birthday cards this month... So I decided to bring out one of my new Sassy Club stencils and use it as inspiration for my card!
Now I still followed the basic design of the card and used the option for making a single card while also making the card my own. Some of the changes I made was rotating the card to be on it's side and instead of a rectangle panel keeping the split together, I made a skinner rectangle but allowed my stamped image to extend past to make it seem like a larger panel.
You can see my video below for my take on the sketch and how I made my own stenciled background, a quick peek at my coloring of the Little Genius stamped image and how the card came together. The card turned out so darn cute, even though I was only going to make one, I will definitely keep in mind this layout and look for a future card!
