I am thrilled to be a part of today's Instagram Hop with Heffy Doodle and Chibitronics! I absolutely love interactive cards - especially light up cards - and receiving the Craft with Light Kits was so exciting. I received both the White Lights and Color Lights, but I used the white kit to create this light up UFO card.
In my video today, I am sharing how I created the circuit with the Light Kit, but off camera I stamped, colored and die cut my moon, alien and its spaceship. I also created a galaxy background using Distress Oxides, Black Soot Distress Ink, white ink for spattering and also stenciled on some glittery stars.

I die cut my background patterned paper and my galaxy background using the Stitched Imperial Rectangles and there are a few gems to add more shine from the Royal Mist Sparkle Mix. Below are a couple still images from my video sharing my circuit with where my battery will be stored as well as when the battery and LEDs in place to complete the circuit.
