Halloween is the best time of year and the new products from Pretty Pink Posh help make your handmade projects for this holiday just so fun! The Haunted House die is amazing and I wanted to give it a pastel and black look. My card is A2 in size and you can see how this die cut fits just perfectly on the front. I added a sheet of pink Halloween patterned paper to my card base and then layered some glitter cardstock from my latest Your Paper Insider box that was trimmed just slightly smaller (about 1/8" horizontally and vertically).
Next I stenciled the Mummy Wrap Stencil with pink and orange Distress Oxides onto a light grey cardstock. After I remove the stencil, I used a black ink for splatter and set it aside to dry. Next I trimmed a piece of black Halloween patterned paper to use for cutting out the Haunted House. Before die cutting, I added some adhesive sheet behind the cardstock so that I could die cut the houser like a sticker. As I wanted to make sure it cut all the way through, I used a shim with my Magic Mat in my die cut machine.

My "boo" sentiment is hot foiled onto the same grey cardstock with a shiny black hot foil. I used the coordinating die to cut it out as well as some cute ghosts out of some fuzzy cardstock from my Your Paper Insider box. My background was dry at this point, so I added some adhesive sheet behind this piece as well, but I did not use the shim this time in order to keep the pieces stuck together as I just needed the overall house to be cut out.
I layered the black haunted house on top of my stenciled house, and then carefully pulled the house off its backing so that all the pieces stay together and adhere to the center of my card base with the glitter cardstock as the background. I popped up my sentiment and cute little ghosts, and for some final touches I added white stars and black hearts from the Ghostly Friends Clay Confetti mix.
