I'm excited to share that I am guest designing with Picket Fence Studios this month with some of the new Christmas products that are released today! You'll see a few posts for the next four weeks using these products and I just had to start with this adorable new Animal Crackers set called A Penguin Christmas. These little images are just so adorable and fun to color.
I started with stamping my images and colored them in with my Ohuhu Art Markers. There are coordinating dies for this stamp set and I used them to cut out these cuties as well as my sentiment. (Yay!) Next I inked my background using my Paper Pouncer with blue ink where I masked the ground to be white. The snowflakes in the set are stamped in blue and used as the panel of my shaker.

The shaker mix is also brand new and I just love the iridescent sequins! I made sure to color my images with greens and reds that I thought matched the clay bits so these tie in just perfectly. I adhered my panel to some stripped patterned paper that I've had forever (I liked something below that is similar) that was then attached to my card base.
Finally I added my images and sentiment to the front of the card. I decided to add my penguin with the stocking to the inside of my card as it just didn't quite fit on the front.
