Hey friends, welcome back to the craft room for another Fandom Friday. This week, I’m excited to share a card inspired by one of my favorite animated series, featuring the "That's a Rock Fact" stamp set from Popsiclesticks and a variety of dies from their collection, along with some Lawn Fawn and Spellbinders dies. To bring my scene to life, I stamped my images onto alcohol marker-friendly paper using my go-to Blackout Ink and colored them with OLO markers. I mostly stuck to two shades per color, but for a few elements like frog and overalls, I added a third to achieve the perfect hue. While coloring, I had reference images pulled up on my screen to make sure I captured the characters' details just right.

This card was created for multiple challenges, including last week’s Craft Roulette episode, which called for a book-binding card, candy-inspired colors, something that rhymes with “ogg” (hello, little frog!), and lettering. I also made it for the Fandom Friday Instagram hop, where this month’s theme is love stories. While this card may not feature a traditional romantic love story, it highlights the heartfelt sibling bond between two brothers in the show. I love how their relationship grows throughout the series, and this card captures that sentiment. To assemble the card, I layered patterned papers, die-cut frames, and foam-mounted my characters for depth. A stamped sentiment on a die-cut banner completes the design, balancing out the composition. I hope you love this fandom-inspired card as much as I do! If you'd like to join in on the fun, check out the Fandom Friday hop on Instagram for more creative inspiration. Happy crafting!
